This hostel is hostile in every way.. you can't even get in the door because the keypad is faulty, despite complaints, they don't fix or care. The floor space for 6 people is 40cm sq each. The cafe is non existent. Walls - non soundproof. Door slams through the night..

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I booked a bed in a female dorm, reached the place, and the tiny room was in the middle of an empty building with no windows and no escape. There was one other bed occupied in the dorm, and it contained the items belonging to a man, shaving things, men's shorts hanging up in the shower, a locker full of alcohol. This man would have been so close to me that he could have reached out his arm and touched me in the night, the floor space for six beds was 6 foot by 3. Again, no windows, no means of getting help, nobody else in the totally empty building. I fled, and booked something else. Luckily there was something else I could go to. I have requested a refund from 6 different email addresses I have found online for Oyo, this was a long time ago now, and I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in response.

Absolute joke of a place. We booked a room with two sets of single bunk beds only to be left with a double with a single top bunk and a canvas camping bed. The double/single bunk was so flimsy that it was a health hazard, everything was falling apart. This place has the potential to be great but unfortunately, it's terrible.

Do not stay here wrong access code the owner refused to answer my many calls and texts I had to shell out almost a £100 to get home diabolical service save ur money and stay somewhere u can get in I was left outside with my mother for well over an hour trying to get in we gave up and came home AVOID
进入旅舍需要门禁密码，房间还需要第二个密码。根据预订确认信息，我们可以在下午4点进入旅舍和房间。我们4点半就到了，但并没有收到密码。因此，我们多次致电客服，要求他们尽快发送密码。尽管他们承诺会发送，但始终没有结果。90分钟后，我们离开了旅舍，另寻其他酒店。直到当晚10点，我们才收到密码——比我们原本应该进入的时间晚了整整六个小时。难道我们要在外面等六个小时吗？这完全不可接受，也违反了合同！我们随后投诉后，Oyo也没有回应。我们对Oyo非常失望，绝对不推荐。
