The front desk lady gave me a room that was not clean. The toilet had feces marks and that was very nasty. I had to go back and get a new room. In addition, she wasn’t very helpful. She was not able to give me a fork or spoon. My second room did not have an iron and I had to request one.

Shower didn't drain. Toilet didn't flush and maintenance didn't fix until next day. Otherwise location was good for us.

No luggage carts available as I believe they have only one
Parking is all the way down the opposite end of the building as the entrance. The door that should open with a card access does not work but the card key at the other side works if you want to walk down the narrow alley. The staff takes up every parking space by the door so they surely don’t care about you.
The breakfast they say to look forward to is absolutely horrible and a very limited selection.
I would avoid the location at all costs
The room was well laid out and we did enjoy having a couch as well as the large bed.
