非常棒的酒店。员工友好。房间带私人泳池,非常适合安静放松。至于全包饮品,没什么可说的。选择丰富,鸡尾酒也非常棒。主餐厅略有不足,没有户外露台,所以房间很吵,菜品也大多是冷的。另一方面,希腊餐厅午餐提供外卖,这让我们可以充分享受房间和露台的泳池海景。酒店很安静,但离各处都比较远,所以必须租车。还有一点可以改进的地方,那就是晚上的氛围会更好一些。总的来说,真的没什么可说的,只是一些细节方面的问题。
我和朋友在Vojage Privè的Hotel Ajul(五星级豪华酒店)预订了这次假期。我们预订了单人床,也收到了确认邮件,但抵达酒店后,发现两张床拼成了一张双人床。虽然没问题,但枕头又高又硬,第二天早上和第三天,我们询问是否可以换枕头。他们总是说会放在房间里。第三天,我们放弃了。第一天晚上,我们在沙发和家具之间发现了一个奶嘴,这可是五星级清洁的标志啊!但最令人震惊的是,这家豪华酒店早上竟然不铺床!!!你会发现床和你离开时一模一样。我从未在世界上任何地方见过这样的事情。第四天,他们换了床单,然后重新铺好了床,但没有放装饰抱枕,结果那个抱枕在沙发上放了整整一周。泳池边的藤条躺椅全都坏了,救生员也只顾着玩手机,根本没空照看泳池里的孩子们。怎么说呢?这里极其偏僻,离塞萨洛尼基有两个多小时的车程。工作人员都很年轻,经验不足。自助餐也很一般。大海很美,但如果没有车,你只能困在酒店的小沙滩上,或者花几十欧元四处闲逛。值得一提的是酒店有两家餐厅,你可以用应用程序每两天预订一次,而且食物比自助餐还要好。
我体验了Helen的克里特式按摩。按摩本身非常棒,我强烈推荐给大家。值得等待折扣(月底总是有折扣)。Helen超级贴心,服务也非常棒!我以前很难放松,但按摩后我体验到了一种前所未有的放松感,甚至无法用言语描述……简直太棒了。唯一的缺点是,我希望以后能有所改变,因为它已经破坏了我的体验:按摩结束后,我没能安心地享受放松的感觉。相反,他们立刻递给我一台平板电脑,让我对按摩进行评分。按摩结束后,他们给了我其他按摩的折扣,我不得不彻底放弃,要求去休息室。这可能是酒店的政策,但我个人觉得很遗憾!休息室的门也没关,工作人员(不是Helen)在外面和其他客人大声说话,结果客人也吵吵嚷嚷地走进了休息室。当我和一位老先生要求安静时,其他客人却嘲笑我们。他们离开了房间,却没关门,继续大声和外面的工作人员说话!我希望工作人员不要鼓励这种行为,而是应该制止。所以,总而言之:按摩很棒,但之后的护理仍然值得商榷,但这不是海伦的错。我强烈推荐她按摩;这是一次难忘的经历!
这家现代化的酒店拥有美丽的私人海滩。酒店还提供全包式海滩酒吧和班车服务。食物相当普通。选择还行,但早餐每天都一样。这家酒店适合商务旅客和家庭入住,但不太适合寻求宁静的情侣。有些工作人员来自东欧,态度粗鲁,吵闹不堪。工作人员非常友好,但当孩子们在餐厅里玩耍、奔跑和尖叫时,他们却置之不理。家长们应该受到批评。椅子上的污渍就反映了这一点。酒店的清洁度也有些不足,只是敷衍了事。不过,房间很不错。水疗中心也很不错,水温适宜。不过,蒸汽桑拿室整周都关闭,据说是为了维护。
我们住的别墅配有顶级私人泳池,海景更是锦上添花。非常感谢Younes,他会说法语,帮我们换了房间,让我们的假期过得更愉快。我们从餐厅厨房旁边的701房间(早上8点开始就很吵,味道也很大)换到了704房间,一切都很完美。唯一的缺点是自助餐(菜品平庸,质量重复)。除此之外,鸡尾酒还不错。房间每天都打扫,而且很干净。鹅*石海滩很漂亮,可惜没有餐厅。总而言之,我推荐这家酒店。
带泳池的总统别墅相当不错,但到处都“未完工”,就像工人们的午休时间突然到来,然后忘了继续之前的工作一样。清洁度大概在3+左右。其他客人(主要是东欧人)的行为,我觉得很不愉快,也很不恰当(吵闹,不顾他人感受)。吵闹不守规矩的孩子(或许酒店管理部门出个规定会有帮助)。我自己也有孩子,深有体会。可惜的是,这里没有着装要求(晚餐准备了廉价的短裤和“Adiletten”(成人服装))(至少大多数客人是这么认为的))……你得考虑什么时候、在哪里该穿什么衣服……🙈自助餐厅的食物简直糟透了(有时又冷又难吃)。更不用说火车站的氛围了。“全包”的承诺在这里是理所当然的。可惜的是,仅有的两家餐厅(Thimari 和 Ambrosia)由于难以理解的(纯粹是商务原因)原因,只在非常有限的范围内开放。等等……唯一的优点就是天气和一些乐于助人的服务人员。真可惜,浪费了假期时间。绝对不推荐!
