This was a great place to stay. It was convenient to everything in downtown pigeon Forge. The staff was very friendly and our room had everything that we needed.

Stayed with my 3 kids overnight while traveling to see family. Check in was easy. It was quiet. Area well lit. Room was updated and clean. Would stay again.

Overall it was a good stay. Our check in was a little challenging but they resolved it. Wish they would have something besides sausage for breakfast meat all 3 of our days but everything else for breakfast was good. There was a small crack under our door that you could always see light through. Overall for an older facility, it was a good stay.

The bathtub drain was stopped up and the breakfast was really bad the room was clean except they looked really dated

隔音比较差，不推荐入住，价格确实便宜，但是鸽子谷除了周末，其他酒店业都很便宜。
当我走进房间时，我注意到床上有脚印，好像有人踩过或跳过。我立刻走出房间，向前台要了一位客房服务员，并给她看了照片。一位客房服务员过来，试图和我争辩说那是个污渍，不是新的脚印。他拿来了更多床单，然后说：“好吧，这张也太小了，而且也有污渍。给我五分钟。”结果再也没回来。前台打电话来询问，我告诉她算了。淋浴间有黑色的手印和脚印，马桶上有毛发，整个房间都有一股异味。我绝不会再回来了。
我之前有点担心，但很高兴我给了他们一个机会。看到有些评论我本来有点害怕，但我的体验非常棒。首先，也是最重要的一点，对于那些说这里有臭虫的人，我仔细找了，但一个也没看到。床单干净得我都觉得是新的，毛巾也一样。镜子没有一丝污渍或斑点。淋浴间没有水渍或污点。冰箱看起来就像新的一样，特别干净。我以前睡新床都会背痛得厉害，但这一次，疼痛感比我在自己家里睡还要轻，真是惊喜！我还看到有人抱怨早餐，所以我要说……棒极了！早餐选择很多，有比萨饼和肉汁、华夫饼、麦片、酸奶、各种果汁和松饼，而且一直补得很足，很干净，很棒！下次再来，我还会选择住在这里。谢谢你们提供了这么棒的体验。
这里很不错，我喜欢这次度假。要是能有个游泳池就更好了。我非常喜欢这里，都不想离开了。
整体都挺好的。床睡起来很舒服。唯一的主要问题是浴室里有些虫子在爬。
