The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.

Carrot's vacation Part 2
Service is exceptional, attitude of the staff is great and easy to approach. Cleanliness is very good, housekeeping did a very good job. Our stay was a very comfortable and pleasant one, just like before. Maraming salamat to all the hardworking staff there. We look forward to staying there again.

The rooms are small. It needs a place to put our clothes, other belongings . It needs a mirror on the wall.
The dining room, foods, services are excellent!
FYI
Do not stay on the first floor. Some people talks so loud dogs are barking.

干净且安全。但有蚂蚁，我个人觉得没什么，但我朋友们似乎不太适应。
位置不太好。我们从市中心坐吉普车花了一个小时才到。（我们想打车，但他们说要3000比索）
服务很好。我们很喜欢泳池。而且还提供了免费早餐。
太偏僻了，里面像民宅，大晚上和晚上三楼都在开派对还是干嘛来着很吵，店家人挺好的。价格不低，但是好像有便宜的。
房间非常安静干净，泳池也很干净。酒店员工服务周到，非常乐于助人。
工作人员非常热情。酒店餐厅的食物非常棒！我一定会再来的！我们见到了酒店老板，她非常谦虚和友好。感谢伯尔尼人像家人一样对待我们！
