Excellent stay at pahchan with snowfall adding the cherry on top.
Perfect location to experience all that Manali had to offer and the best of snowfall.
Food was good and the staff were supportive and catered to our needs.

Location is awesome and one of the best nature view. Proximity to solan valley is great advantage. Rooms are good but can be better. Services need to improved alot, due to lack of staff the time taken to respond is little more but all in all if you are looking to stay away from manali and more close to nature then it's one of the best location.

"disappointing experience at radisson retreat i recently had the misfortune of staying at the radisson retreat, which fell woefully short of its 5-star standards. The hotel's overall maintenance and cleanliness were appalling. Upon arrival, i was underwhelmed by the breakfast buffet, which resembled that of a 3-star hotel. The entire premises, including the floors, lifts, and rooms, were dirty and stained. Despite my three-day booking, i was compelled to check out within a day due to the subpar conditions. The in-room amenities were also poorly maintained. The washroom was unclean, with used linens, stained floors, and a non-functional kettle and toilet flush. When i inquired about the hotel's hygiene standards, i was informed that the staff was on leave. Had i paid directly, i would have been stuck with no recourse. Overall, my experience at the radisson retreat was a disaster, failing to meet even the most basic expectations. I hope the hotel management takes necessary steps to address these issues and restore their reputation
酒店的食物很差（难以下咽，品质低劣）。像沐浴露、牙具之类的东西都需要提前预约。房间也不干净。我在房间里发现了其他旅客的袜子。
不喜欢这家酒店的自助餐，感觉它配不上豪华酒店的档次，每天的早餐都一样。
