I stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but sadly, it didn’t meet basic comfort standards. The mattress was in really bad condition — one of them was so sloped on one side that I actually fell out of bed during the night. Definitely not what you’d expect from a supposedly high-rated hotel. The bathroom was also quite disappointing. The toilet was positioned way too close to the wall, making it uncomfortable to use. The sink was extremely small — barely enough space to wash your face properly. There was visible mould in the bathroom, and the WC door was damaged at the bottom from water, which gave it an overall neglected look. That being said, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was decent — nothing amazing, but it did the job. Overall, the service was the only thing that felt 4-star. The facilities, unfortunately, were not even close. Wouldn’t return unless serious improvements are made

Really nice and welcoming room, to be recommended to everyone, a real pity that there was not the same bathroom as the two-room apartment. Breakfast service was also good, one day i will try the spa service there.

Me and my two best friends visited this hotel for 3 nights…from the min we walked in we felt very welcomed,the hotel Itself it’s wonderful, the location is great if you don’t mind walking or taking tram to the center,the jacuzzi didn’t work as they explained the problem they had before they offered us two treatments from the rest of the facilities, the room service has been fantastic,and the reception team is been wonderful so helpful with any questions we had… even when we asked to leave our luggage until the evening as our flight was late they said was no problem! The breakfast is buffet but every day they add something different too, everything fresh and to high standards! Reception team definitely the best! Well done! They are amazing thank You again! 疫情期间预订的退款，我之前已经通过电话和酒店沟通过好几次了，但至今还没收到。我试过通过***********安排退款，他们只是让我直接联系酒店，结果敷衍了事，说会有人给你回电。三年过去了……还是没退款。

优点：早餐不错，房间和床很舒服，环境优美，晚上附近没有太多噪音。缺点：阁楼的 Wi-Fi 不能用，水疗护理需要额外付费。最糟糕的是，我们入住时，接待员没有告诉我们（两个 21 岁的女孩）晚上需要特殊卡才能进入酒店。所以有一天晚上我们出去参加派对（在我们这个年纪的布拉格，这很常见），凌晨 2:30 才回来。酒店前门关着，我们进不去。我们拨打“紧急电话”，但无人接听。当我们拨打第二个“紧急电话”时，他们告诉我们，他们不想负责提供帮助，如果我们进不去，就应该试着敲门或者去另一家酒店过夜。提醒一下，当时是三月初，外面很冷。我们在那里站了至少 30 分钟，我才偶然发现酒店 Terrasse 的滑动门没有锁。所以我们真的被冷落在外面，没人理会。不知道你是否真的想去这样的酒店。
