The rooms were newly renovated with nice decor and were clean. The restaurant/bar in the parking lot created a lot of noise, and there were people yelling and a police presence until about 11pm. The claim that breakfast is included is not accurate. There are prepackaged snacks available in the check-in vestibule, but it certainly was not a breakfast. All staff were polite and helpful.

The doors to the rooms need attention. My door needed seals to keep out the cold or hot air from outside. I had to use towels to block out the cold air on a rainy windy day. Weather seals would be big help

There wasn’t a closet or any place to hang my clothes & I used this service cause I believed it came up under hotels near the cruise harbor…& thank God I had food cause I’d have starved to death;this won’t happen again!!!

Our mobility accessible rooms are the only rooms that we don't have a closet wardrobe in to allow for easy mobility. We do apologize that that inconvenienced you during your stay.
