A great hotel, very cheerful and caring staff ! So I verry love this hotel the best Novotel , I have stayed in several hotels but I have never seen such a good hotel. Thank you everyone at the hotel for treating everyone very well . Can I vote 5 + star thanks you !

Their parking system is a trap. On this occasion the front office management advise that they will remove the ticket and soon it would end up in court. very cheap way of making money by the hotel And no wonder it is becoming a disgrace. Be careful if you go there with a vehicle.

So angry right now with the Accor Hotels group. We arrived at the Novotel Heathrow T1/2/3 at 234 Bath Road to check in. We were met at the door by a security man who informed us that we could not enter as they were not accepting guests and had not done so for the last year! There were numerous security guards around and lots of men outside smoking. In all honesty it looked liked it was being used to house refugees. We then tried to contact Novotel and Accor with no success - no one was answering our calls!! We then spent 2 hours securing a room in a hotel for the night as we had an early flight the next morning. I am beyond angry and disappointed with Accor that this could have happened. Why were we able to book this hotel through Accor when it was being used for other purposes? I would like someone from Accor to contact us and please explain what went wrong as we have lost confidence in Accor for our future travel arrangements.

This is the worst hotel for customer experience. They steal money and the duty manager Shawn is the rudest person to walk this planet, stay away from here at all costs. He refuses to help, his tone is awful and he is extremely rude in language to the point he stands and ignores you. I wouldn’t book here if my life depended on it, unless you want to pay for an extremely poor service
