I loved how clean, quiet and safe the hotel is and great customer service. The only minor issue was the noisy heater.

We were so tired when we arrived. It was late. The very pleasant mgr on duty suggested we order from Uber Eats, she was very professional. The best pizza of my life!

The room was a small home away from home. Kitchen and fridge in the room helped so didn’t have to eat out as much.

The hotel was nice and staff was really nice but the bed wqs horrible. Would have been just as soft to sleep on the floor.

They informed me there was no early check in available and to come in at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm and was told it would be 15 more minutes. I came back at 3:30pm with my 3 children and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I watched multiple other families check in and get access to their rooms immediately. I messaged ******* for help and had an agent call to ask about my room. The agent was told it would be a few more minutes. By 4:45pm I was fed up, my children were crying, and went to the desk again to ask if my room was ready. The woman informed me my room was ready the whole time and she didn’t know why they made me wait.
