We opened in September of 2023, if you could please provide details regarding the areas you saw were deteriorating we would be happy to have those looked at and addressed. Our team strives to provide the best possible experience for our guests and the safety of our guests both inside and outside our hotel is our upmost priority. Bozeman has recently seen a significant increase in population and the parking fee is an effort to increase our security and monitoring efforts. 继续选择万豪旗下的连锁酒店,一如既往的不错,路途中歇脚的驿站,干净卫生放心。今天主要走了熊牙公路,号称美国最美公路之一,然后到黄石公园的东北门进北门出,黄石两年前去过,就没再游览,更多是借道,这一路的惊喜除了风景外,主要是在熊牙公路上看到了一群北美山羊,导游非常兴奋,说在黄石公园做导游十多年,能见到一只都很难得,这次一下几十只,真的难得,在黄石公园里,看到好几群野牛,导游不无担心的讲,后面怕生态会被野牛群搞坏,接着又兴奋看到一只熊在不足二十米的地方慢悠悠穿过马路,虽然没在黄石呆太久,但黄石经典的动物都近距离观赏到了,也不枉此行。路途中在一个小镇临时停车吃饭,碰到国际交流项目过来打工的蒙古女孩,菲律宾女孩,感慨一下,老美真的会做事,此外这些孩子真的是远见卓识,她们已经在同龄人中获得了不一样的见识。
房间很干净,员工很友好,去市中心也很方便。无论是商务出行还是休闲度假,都能住得很舒服。强烈推荐!
他们试图给我安排与预订不同的房间(一张特大床,而不是两张大床)。他们说我的房间是通过*******预订的,所以不能保证有空。我问他们,如果我预订的是套房,能不能给我安排标准间,他们说可以。我问了经理,他们立即“破例”给了我我预订的房型。
令人失望的住宿体验。
我们住了5晚,抵达后我要求每天打扫房间,但并没有人打扫,所以我每天都得去换新毛巾。第四天终于有人来把脏毛巾拿走换了新的,但却没有整理床铺或打扫房间。
早餐简直是笑话,第一天他们只有无咖啡因的浓缩咖啡,所以我给妻子点了普通咖啡,花了5美元,后来才发现他们有一台机器可以免费提供普通咖啡。我花了2.5美元买了一根香蕉,一半都烂了。剩下的早餐勉强能吃,鸡蛋稀软不硬,烤面包干硬。第二天我问能不能给我4块培根,而不是前一天的2块。我拿到了4块培根,其实是2块,但聪明的厨师想把培根掰成两半,给了我我想要的4块。所以之后早餐只能在别处买了。还好博兹曼那一带有很多酒店,下次来博兹曼的时候我会去试试。
很不错的地方,但还可以更好!
停车要收费,而且到最后才知道,这让我有点失望!
另外,办理入住时的友好度也需要改进,关于洗衣机的使用,有些地方说是免费的,有些则不是,所以一定要说清楚!
我住在一家舒适的酒店,设计精美,而且相对较新。酒店大堂气派,房间宽敞,一切都超级干净。我一直都喜欢房间里有休息区,很高兴在这里找到了一个。我通常对酒店房间比较谨慎,因为我不喜欢听到隔壁房间的噪音,但在这家酒店,我没有遇到这个问题。工作人员非常棒;他们提供地图、路线指引,并全程提供帮助。总而言之,这是一次美好的酒店体验。
新酒店,房间和床都很棒。我经常来这里出差,也经常来参加密歇根州立大学的儿童田径运动会。对于一家非常漂亮的新酒店来说,价格不算太贵。而且员工总是很友好!去年我在这里住过五六次,每次服务都很棒。
不错,但你却斤斤计较。
水槽塞坏了,关着,所以我们的水槽没法用。这家酒店每晚会额外收取15美元的停车费。做决定时,请把这笔钱加到广告费里。真是个笑话。
总体来说,体验不错。不过,下次我来这个地区时,我会看看这个地区的其他房产,因为多年来,这里的条件已经恶化了。尽管如此,这里还是相当不错的。停车让我有点惊讶。停车需要付费,如果你有电动车,超过两小时每小时要收三美元。现在他们似乎在斤斤计较。
干净整洁,酒店较新。方便前往博兹曼周边地区。泳池很棒。服务也很棒。唯一的缺点是酒店旁边有高速公路,所以坐在户外不太好。我会再来的。
