The hotel was oversold and we had to find another hotel. Fortunately the hotel manager directed us to another hotel but more expensive. This is Expedia’s fault! After driving over 700 miles and exhausted, we had this experience.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that the hotel does not keep the coffee warm and ready for their guests. Most hotels have coffee always available in their lobby. This hotel does not. Many guests complained about that. Please keep coffee ready. Pool & hot tub were nice. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

We had a bit of a long wait at check-in about 7 o’clock in the evening. When our room was cleaned, the washcloths were not replenished however, the staff was all very friendly, and for the most part, the property was extremely clean. The rooms are very nice however, there was quite the aroma of ********* being smoked.

The only issue I had with this property was the bedroom itself which is the main reason I was there. The shower was wonderful and the pool and hot tub were great. But when I tied laying in the bed or sitting in the couch it constantly felt like something was crawling on me or jumping on me. In the end I left and didn’t sleep there

If you have kids at Western this is the very best hotel in the area. Staff is great, super clean and comfy spaces.
