Beach view was nice but seaweed kept washing ashore. The staff was super nice and attentive. Really enjoyed interacting with the staff.

The ground/beach were well kept, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the drinks were flowing.
Things that stood out to me:
1. My luggage was left behind by the airline. At the front desk, the staff called the airlines and followed up until my bag came in and delivered it straight to my room. They helped me track the bag so i knew where it was all the time.
2. By the 3rd day, the staff knew our preferred drink at the restaurant and would have it ready as soon as we sat down without asking which we were very happy about.
3. The staff was friendly and ready to get things for us no matter where we were. They would ask if we needed a drink and bring it right to us. That is great service. The entertainers, from the cook to the vibe team, were all very happy people and it's so fun to see the staff truly enjoying themselves. It makes us feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves too.
4. It was quiet and even when there are events, there are many quiet areas around so you can go wherever you want to relax. The activities were fun and the times to relax were amazing.
Overall a really good stay and i wish i could have stayed longer.

Property was very clean, staff was seen every day completing cleaning duties. Maid services were efficient. Food was tasty and hot, well prepared. Entertainment was always good each night. Staff went out of their way go ensure our stay was amazing.
