Upon arriving, the front desk was wonderful. The staff was very kind and polite our whole stay. However, our room had a broken pullout, the issue was resolved but the bed was left unusable. The pillows were terrible and we had to ask for more. We were not given enough towels and the pool was poorly stocked. We felt like we over paid for the experience we had.

The furniture and carpet were dirty and stained. Trash litter in the hallways and on the elevator. Broken glass shards all over the parking lot. A car with a busted out window that looks like it’s been sitting there for a long time.

The maid knocked before 9 to clean. Not great. The breakfast was not put out that morning. We had to go out to eat. Probably not typical but a bad stay for us.

Quality hotel, good value. Pool side needs towels
Breakfast menu same as I’ve had for years, would love more variety. Also only 1 waffle iron for basically 2 large hotels, wait for a waffle too long. No towels at the pool in the morning. Someone should tell the clerk at the garden side a guest for the Homesuites can walk to the other lobby to register!

Overall the stay was decent especially.when I figured out how to work the blackout curtains. The breakfast was good with the exception of the person preparing the food. They ran out of waffle batter and instead of happily saying that we are out and offering an apology, she reverted to saying there is no more in a very unservice tone while guest were still in the line. Most of the workers that I came in contact with were very helpful and nice. I would still stay at this property gain because it was overall a pleasant hotel.

We arrived at 7:30 PM and were told our room wasn’t clean yet. We went to dinner and returned at 8:45 PM. The concierge told me she was leaving to check on our room. 15 minutes later, she returned to tell me it would be another 10 minutes. We are exhausted and just want in our room. If I wasn’t so tired, I would leave and try to find another place to stay,

We had to cancel the reservation and need a refund from **********. When we arrived around 8 pm they had a waiting line of hotel guests waiting for their rooms to be cleaned and had no idea when we would get into our room. We had to find another hotel

We arrived to the property at 12:30 AM and for a half an hour could not find someone to help us get checked in once we got our room. We open the door to find a broken bed and a couch with the stain the size of the couch cushion. When we went back to the lobby to get a new room, another gentleman was down there complaining that the room that they assigned to him already had somebody sleeping in it, which made my kids very fearful that somebody would walk into our room in the middle of the night.
The carpets in the hallway are very, very stained the breakfast bar at the Homewood suites had a conference in it, and it was not cleaned up for our whole entire stay.
We asked for towels multiple times the cleaning people did not have them in the front desk wasn’t able to give them to us
We asked the front desk person to have the manager call us back and they have still not done so thus far
