Worst Stay EVER, STAY AWAY
Ran away after 2.5 hours The staff just didnt want us there We were the only guest in entire complex Made us feel uncomfortable and afraid They lied and lied about everything Pool was pea green They turned off the electricity Refused to discuss our complaints so we had no choice but to leave They refuse to refund. They lie Worst hotel ever, NOT recomended

Large spacious rooms with a sitting area adjoining. Good pool for swimming. Sraff very friendly. Beach not for swimming or walking batefoot because of sea urchins. Food is good. Slow prep because it is made from scratch.

We had a good time at Zanoceanique. It's a complex of rooms/apartments in a multi-story building, very spacious and well-equipped (air conditioning, wifi, refrigerator, an excellent safe). The building and furnishings appear somewhat dated (some handles don't work, some doors don't close properly), but the essential things all work well. The sea is just a few steps from the entrance, and there's a well-maintained garden with a pool inside. The food at the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced (about half the European average). The fruit, in particular, was excellent. It's possible to reach the island of Mnemba without much effort, and by sea, where you can snorkel on the beautiful reef. There are excellent small restaurants nearby (many of which you can reach by walking along the beach), so don't always eat at the hotel! We also suggest avoiding the tours offered to tourists on the beach and instead turning to the guides recommended by the hotel. The fair price for a half-day boat trip (for snorkeling or other activities) should not exceed $30 per person.
