I was assigned room 113, which turned out to be a tiny box without windows or chairs, and it reeked like a tobacco can. When I asked to change rooms, they flat-out refused. I had just come out of surgery and would have spend 7 days in a dark, smelly room with no natural light, sitting on the bed the entire time. Completely unacceptable. I canceled my booking and left within 1 hour, only to find they overcharged me $14 for a so-called “breakfast” I never had. My experience with this place was not great: zero comfort, zero compassion, and shady billing practices. Stay far away!
