Checked me into a dirty room with stuff all over the place and crap in toilet. Was moved pretty quick though. Good breakfast rotates food

Smells like cigarettes
I got the no smoke room me and my girlfriend don’t like the smell of cigarettes, but as soon as you step into the room you get hit with the stench. A panel for the tub was broken and the the restroom itself had a strong smell of ****. I called the staff and they claimed the cleaning crew didn’t report any smells. We later realized that the smoke from smokers gets into the AC and gets pushed into the rooms.

We were guided by three different employees to pick different rooms and we move to all three and every time we moved to a room and another employee would say we couldn’t be in that room. It was a mess finally on the day that we were getting ready to check out one of the managers did not knock on the door. He just unlocked the door while my children Minor children were sleeping in their underwear and stormed right in. I told him he needs to get out of the way and knock on the door that we still had a half hour before we had to leave the property. They were extremely rude not helpful. I would not want to be there and I should be receiving some kind of refund on this property as well.

Check in was inside an I Hop. This is a rundown motel they converted to hotel. Noisy, dirty and loud. Stay somewhere else.

Could have been cleaner. I wasn't going to be checking in until midnight but they ran my credit card at 7 without my approval.

Disgusting room, lights won't work, AC smells like a dead animal, bathroom completely covered in mold, dusty, greasy, unsafe. Never going back. Shut this place down.

Nope, nope and nope. We paid about $350 on a Saturday night and it wasn’t worth $100. No amenities. Like two ice machines for 400 rooms. Smoke sector beeping when we came in. Not even wired to A/C. Won’t stay again.
