前台和员工都非常友好乐于助人。退房时我们找不到行李车，一位工程师（不记得名字了）特地帮我们找了一辆。
从便捷又安静的地理位置，到热腾腾的早餐，再到舒适的住宿条件，一切都堪称完美！床铺非常舒服，房间也很宽敞，而且非常安静。早餐是热乎乎的，新鲜可口，并且不断有补充。工作人员，尤其是Dylan，知识渊博，乐于助人。他解答了我们所有关于最佳餐饮地点和当地景点的问题。酒店非常干净，维护得很好。如果我们再去那个区域，我们肯定会再次选择入住这家酒店！
这家酒店看起来是全新的。旁边就是餐饮和购物区，离方舟遇险记也很近。员工很友好。

我预订了这家住宿，准备在阿克岛游玩，总体来说非常满意。早餐很棒，尤其是热食。泳池宽敞且维护良好。工作人员热情友好且专业。不过，暖气噪音很大，而且吹出来的都是冷风，这让我有点意外。201房间的暖气系统需要检修。很高兴能入住这么棒的住宿，遇到这么好的工作人员。期待酒店未来能有更多改进！
