Service was excellent by sania thakur , but hotel policy is very unfair to customer , no snacks in buffet , they charger 300 per bottle whisky ! Only 2 portions snack available in buffet ! Very , very difficult to use coupans booklet here !

The overall experience has been flabbergasting n well crafted by the team. The service is exceptional and flawless. I would like to oblige and owe a huge applause for Mr Rakhvinder Singh(FNB Executive) and Mr Naresh Rana for showing unquantifiable dedication to their expertise in bestowing a blissful heavenly experience on earth. My family joins me in shooting a thumbs up to the entire best western team to give such enthralling moments for Days we have been taken care of. I must say that best western management of this chain of hotels has an eye to hunt versatility in hospitality and seamless experience to cherish Cheers team. Avi Anand

The stay was very awesome, with delicious food and quick service, staff was very friendly and cool , especially Simon and Arun on the front desk , they were very helpful and kind. Our whole experience was marvelous.

Had a good experience at the hotel for a stay of 3 days. The staff is very nice. Sania Thakur was very prompt in providing the assistance when required.
