Very Poor & Unhygienic Experience at Radisson Blu Kumbhalgarh We stayed here for a wedding from February 17 to 20, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I personally suffered from food poisoning after the meals served at the hotel and was confined to bed for almost two days. Many other guests also fell sick, which is completely unacceptable for a property of this brand, especially during a wedding event. The snack service was minimal, and the hotel was clearly severely understaffed. Used plates were not cleared, tables were not properly laid, and overall service management was very poor. The bar service was badly managed. There were only two bartenders, and one of them appeared to be unfit to serve, which created discomfort and concern among the guests. Even the drinking water quality was questionable—the bottled water tasted very bad, and several guests avoided consuming it. Overall, this caused serious inconvenience, health issues, and embarrassment in front of our guests. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage hosting weddings or large events here until hygiene, staffing, and service standards are significantly improved.

Lovely hotel anyone considering coming please book! Such a peaceful atmosphere in a colonial styled decor. Beds were so comfortable the best nights sleep I had in India. Kumbalgarh is the perfect respite before heading to Udaipur. Special thanks to the f&b team and and Ritesh for his personalized hospitable service

Chef Manohar & Mr.Yogendra were incredible in their professionalism and behaviour. My son was really sick before we checked in here . The chef went out of his way to prepare special meals for my son and tried every which way to de-stress us and make our stay more comfortable. Chef Manohar cooked simple yet nourishing meals for us as we were stuck in the hotel . We have highest regards for his approach towards the guests. The hotel cooperated with us in every which way to cheer us up. In such remote places where medical facilities are kind of nil … The Hotel Radisson Blu Kumbhalgarh kept us going during this really hard time. Thanks to all 🙏🏻

We faced hard times over here as my son got affected by acute stomach upset from earlier stay at a heritage stay at Chittorgarh. However we can't express in words our appreciation for Chef Manohar, Associate Yogender for their help with smiling face for whatever support we required.

Lije all the Raddison Blu hotels the environment was tranquil and relaxing. We were the only people in the restaurant so the food was served well. The staff were polite and keen to get things right. Having been in India for a while, we opted for western food which was delicious. I cannot believe they charged 300 rupees for a lime soda. A rip off.

This is one of the worst hotel stay ever.The staff is non cooperative, under staffed with terrible service.We hosted a wedding in this hotel and several guests were inflicted with food poisoning consuming the food provided by the hotel.Please stay in this hotel at your own risk!!!

It has been a pathetic experience the lower staff is hardworking but senior staff is pathetic make wrong and fake commitments especially the so called F&B incharge Mr Shikhar they really spooling the name of this brand they do not have sufficient staff to handle wedding party’s and room service is zero food is pathetic they even do Not know to put the food layouts just fooling people who book and then feel helpless they did not allow to meet the GM so we could share or complain the food quality is so pathetic that in a marriage party stay atleast 10 to 15 guest had food poisoning
