First time at this hotel. Came up from Cincinnati to see the MSU v UofM game! Great atmosphere and experience! Would highly recommend!

Overall, my stay at this hotel was fine, but the lack of hot water was disappointing. I had to shower in cold water, and when I contacted the front desk, I was only told that the engineering team was working on it. Unfortunately, no follow-up or resolution was provided.

糟糕的客户服务
没有毛巾、水或咖啡杯。下楼询问后，只拿到几样东西，并注明“库存不足”。第二天与经理沟通，她说下次入住会给我折扣，并会通过邮件告知详情。结果杳无音信。我两次通过邮件联系她（邮件来自她提供的名片），仍然没有回复。以后绝不会再入住这家酒店！
前台服务人员态度冷漠，缺乏热情。停车信息描述不准确，造成混乱。超市商品种类有限，食物分量少，价格贵。
我没能办理入住。房间没有空房，而且排队的其他几位客人也订不到房间。我只好住另一家酒店。
代客泊车员*****，根本解释不了流程。用第三方应用程序停车，简直荒谬至极，又贵又无聊。前台那位女士态度傲慢无礼，全程眼神交流都没有，也没解释节能卡怎么开灯。她找不到我的万豪旅享家会员卡号，害得我办理入住又耽搁了15分钟，然后就直接把头扭过去，好像在说“哦……抱歉，你的信息不在系统里”。
（考虑到我用积分支付了部分房费，这真是莫名其妙……）房间里没有衣柜，没有微波炉，垃圾桶里连垃圾袋都没有，冰箱小得可怜，毛巾少得可怜，早餐还贵得离谱。
至少泳池是开放的。
我预订酒店房间时被告知早餐免费，但现在到了这里却发现早餐要收费。
这家酒店干净整洁，地理位置优越，价格实惠。我肯定会再次入住。
下午5点房间还没准备好。而且也没有提供已付款的有效付款信息。Stag很棒。酒店也很不错。
