We had a wonderful time at ITC welcome Hamsa. The entire staff was extremely polite and prompt and helpful. Special thanks to Ritesh, Amit, Kajal. These three were so kind and smiling and happy positive people. Also Naveen, Sonu, Poonam and Aman. David deserves a special mention to have returned a valuable item which was left behind by us during jacuzzi. A memorable experience indeed.

A relaxing stay at the ITC Hansa. We has a warm and relaxed stay at the Hotel , which has a beautiful location nested among snow capped mountains . The entire hotel team at the Hansa is very welcoming especially the Manager Prem and the front desk teams. The restaurant team lead by duty manager Sonu ensures they cater to all your dietary needs , with Chef Yashpal leading the charge . Food is delicious and made as per your requirements , the service by Sathish , Kajal CiCi and Shubham is outstanding. We interacted with so many staff members through our stay , each one was courteous and welcoming . This is out second stay at the ITC Hansa within a year - we loved it that much !! Look forward to out next stay

Scenic location, breathtaking morning view, clean room. The resort is located in the middle of manali and atal tunnel. So all the important locations in and around manali is very accessible and most importantly is traffic free.

A great picturesque property which provides the guests excellent view of the mountain ranges and the snowy peaks. The rooms give a comfort which one seeks in a property bearing the Welcome signatures. While all the employees of the hotel were very courteous and polite, we would like to name Rahul Chef and Kajal in the Restaurant who ensured that we were served with personalised attention and with a great sense of service for which they deserve full marks as meeting the benchmarks of excellence in hospitality and hence our gratitude too. They truly deserve the appreciation.

We recently returned from our second stay at ITC Hamsa and it remains one of the most picturesque properties I have ever visited. Nestled comfortably between the mountains the hotel strikes a perfect balance - it offers a serene escape from the city’s frantic pace yet remains conveniently accessible to Mall Road. The room offers sweeping views of snow-covered mountains on both sides. Waking up to that kind of scenery—straight out of a painting—made the experience feel incredibly special. The property is embraced by nature on all sides and the sense of peace and silence here is refreshing. The rooms are noise controlled and are equipped with modern amenities which also includes warmers to keep you warm considering the temperature outside. The restaurant team—Cici, Shubham, Kajal, Sonu and Naveen—greeted us with genuine warmth at every meal making the dining experience feel personal and high-end. A special commendation to Chef Rahul whose curated menu features unique flavors that truly elevate the local cuisine. Shantanu from house keeping was extremely efficient and ensured our needs were met promptly regardless of the time. The rooms are clean and are nicely maintained. I would also like to extend my thanks to Pihu from the Sales team and Poonam at the Front Desk. They coordinated a fantastic deal for us and ensured that both check-in and check-out were handled with professional ease. Overall, if you are looking for a blend of scenic tranquility and a top-notch service, I would truly recommend ITC Hamsa. It is a value for money deal and I look forward to my visit again!!

This is on the outskirts of Manali and by staying here you can avoid city traffic. This is close to Solang and on road to Rohtang. Tip: Start early for Rohtang pass to beat the crowds
