Great customer service - front desk rep was friendly and professional! My room, the lobby and gym were very clean and smelled great (always). The grounds were kept neat and tidy. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Also, the location was great, super convenient to lots of amenities.

我们入住了图森Marketplace的WaterWalk酒店，是为了参加亚利桑那大学的毕业典礼。这家酒店干净整洁，交通便利，房间也很棒！我们特别喜欢房间里提供的各种设施，有全尺寸冰箱、洗碗机、炉灶，还有洗衣机和烘干机！感觉就像是一个带酒店房间功能的单身公寓。床睡起来非常舒服，枕头也舒服到让人想带回家！这是一家适合家庭入住，也欢迎携带宠物的酒店。它就在一个正在新建的7 Brew咖啡店的停车场对面，开车穿过主干道就能很快到达星巴克和沃尔玛。酒店外面就有一个加油站（也很干净漂亮），非常方便。开车去亚利桑那大学和其他我们需要去的地方都很快。如果你在当地探亲访友，或者看望你在亚利桑那大学的“野猫”家人朋友，这里绝对是住宿的好选择！强烈推荐！10分满分。酒店外面甚至还有一个社交区/泳池区，可惜我们行程太满，没能享受到那一部分！
我们没能住进去。我们预订了一间两居室的房间，但到达时，他们只有一间特大床房。我和我的两个孩子，以及我朋友和她女儿，都没能住进去。我们非常失望，接下来花了一个小时才找到房间。不过工作人员非常友好，尽力帮我们找到了另一个房间。
这家酒店的体验糟透了。工作人员态度很差，给我安排了错误的房间，镜灯坏了，淋浴龙头也坏了，而且很脏。我要求退款时，他们竟然不接任何电话或邮件。千万别在这家浪费钱。
虽然我是因商务目的住在这里，但设施很干净，房间里有厨房（有大多数炊具）甚至还有洗衣房，所以下次我一定会再住在这里。附近有一家超市，因此这是一家适合长期商务住宿的酒店。

电梯很慢。提前入住花了30美元，但到房间却花了40分钟，清洁人员挤满了电梯，客人/家人拖着行李进出。
