Worst Experience Ever – Please Avoid This Hotel This is the most unprofessional and mismanaged hotel I have ever come across. The staff is rude, uncooperative, and has no sense of hospitality. They take advance payments, make fake promises, and then refuse to provide the services they commit to. When it comes to refunds, they come up with endless excuses and never return the money. The management is equally careless and irresponsible. Neither the staff nor the owner responds when there are issues. There is absolutely no value for money here. This place is not at all safe or suitable for girls and families. They trap guests by taking extra money in the name of advance and then completely fail to deliver what they promised. Every single service is backed with fake excuses and lies. ⚠️ My advice: Never visit this hotel. Do not trust their staff or management. It is a total scam and a waste of money.

It is pleasant stay...very comfortable...staff are so helpful in accomodating room and also upgraded our room in minimal cost...best location to go to omkareshwar

Room was dirty and bed was stained. Dirt all over the floor with foul smell. Hotel management should provide clean rooms on checkin.
Also, water was not coming in the bathroom even after complaining about it.

Location is good. Rooms are small. Staff is helpful. While checking out the staff was hell bent on giving them 5 rating may be that's how they stay in business

Ambulance and staff behaviour was good. Clean rooms. But parking was the only problem during day time. At night, they have cellar parking; so no issue.

It is nice hotel if you are planning to visit Indore and location of hotel is good. Hotel is neat and clean and staff is very cooperative. You can easily get vehicles for intercity travel. I will recommend this hotel for stay.

All of the above, name of the property is misleading. They don't have in-house restaurant so it is not more than a guest house. I have to wait for two hours for my complimentary breakfast which is just Poha-jalebi and kachauri. At time of check out, they almost snatched my phone to give five star rating on Google. After leaving the hotel I edited it. I don't think this hotel deserve the tariff which I paid. I am very disappointed for not doing due diligence about the property. I expect partial refund . The family room and the double-bed room don't deserve tarrif of 2000 and 1500 Rs per night respectively. In the name of complimentary breakfast, Poha-jalebi and kachauri is not value of more the 30 Rs. per plate.
