Very much in the heart of Dindigul, this hotel has improved it's infrastructure and services since I stayed about 10 years back. Food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good but for the rent they are charging, they could have increased spread as many international tourists were looking for their food choice. Housekeeping was excellent and same day laundry they provided.

Looks posher than it is. Not used to dealing with non-Indians. Bar was so dark we needed to use phone torch to read menu, but lots and lots of nibbles. Buffet breakfast was very limited.

We didn't stay here. BUT, we went there for lunch. the foods were all exceptional good and better. We order paneer masala, fried rice, pulao and other foods. Exceed our expectation for taste and flavor. Other than Dindigul Talapakatti, everyone should try this for place for lunch (we ordered a-la carte).

Nice hotel to stay. Staff was good. No cold water though. Had left my EarPods at the hotel room and staff-Gayathri called up and handed over the things. Overall happy with the services.

Very good stay in Dindigul neat & clean rooms, they provide good room service and special thanks to Laxman for very smooth check in & check out process I appreciate your way of approach also we have all the basic needs near by Vivera grand hotel we can move easily from here to 1 to another place

We're delighted with our decision to choose this hotel! The service was top-notch, particularly from Ms. Nandhini, who took great care of us. The banquet staff were also commendable, always greeting us with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor. Their hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.

最糟糕的酒店之一，客户服务极其糟糕。毛巾、床上用品、枕头都非常脏，洗漱用品也非常差劲，房间和厕所都没有保养。他们只顾着赚钱，不顾其他。他们所谓的总经理不愿意和顾客说话？？？你只是不断重复自己的话，没有人会听你的！！请不要住在这家糟糕的酒店，即使是免费的！！
