We recently hosted a series of functions at this hotel and unfortunately encountered numerous issues across multiple departments and services. If I were to elaborate in full, it would require an entire document to cover the extent of the shortcomings. It is evident that the owner has minimal involvement in the hotel's operations. From our experience, it appears that hospitality is not their core business, but rather a side venture alongside their primary work in pharmaceutical manufacturing. However, if a business cannot be managed with genuine commitment, especially one that involves people’s hard-earned money and life events, it raises serious concerns. We urge potential customers to read reviews carefully before making any bookings. The hotel continues to function largely due to the dedication and sincerity of a few commendable staff members—our respect to them for upholding customer service despite the circumstances. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and reflects deeply on the responsibility that comes with running a service-oriented establishment. It is also important to reflect that when one takes on the responsibility of serving people—especially during meaningful life occasions—there is a moral and spiritual duty to uphold sincerity, integrity, and care. Ignoring this responsibility is not just a business lapse but a deeper ethical concern that may have spiritual consequences. I could pursue several legal actions based on the poor service and negligence we experienced, but I choose to leave this matter to the higher judgment of the Universe -- Mahadev, the ultimate witness to all karma. When one fails to fulfill their duty in serving others with integrity, it is not just a professional failure, but a spiritual one—and that, ultimately, must be answered for.

no staff. no internal phones working. dirty sheets. bathrooms are a mess. Shall never stay there again.

No sleeper available no bucket available in hotel service is not good. I am not happy with stay at hotel.

I didn't stay here since there was no room available and i also don't get refund. As per my understanding, makemytrip app is not advisable

Location is good. We had complimentary breakfast which was not at all good. Cleanliness level was not upto the mark. Service was also poor.

On staff behaviour is very cooperative but rest is like hell. Intercom not working, nothing is already fixed like basics towel, water and tooth kit. We have to call and demand for it. These are hotel management basics. Old property and you can listen voice of next room while sleeping and even in washroom u can also listen next room bathroom voice clearly. Cockroach are lying on the floor. I am traveling to each part of haryana in entire month but this is worst experience of my travelling and stay. Never stay and never recommend to anyone.

Everything was good staff behaviour, hotel ambiance, food was super. But they should check their washroom shower was broken.

Hotel. Has excellent space but needs improvement in the services. Housekeeping needs to properly check all facilities of the rooms. They should have provided all itinerary details when checked in the hotel. Staff was cooperative but required more training on the hotel manners
