Currently struggling to obtain a refund for a church group because of double booking. The group has reserved a booking elsewhere and they need their money refunded urgently to pay for the new accommodation they have found but Zurich Garden Lodge is giving them the run around, Terrible business ethic and an inconsiderate behavior by the manager and owner, cannot be recommended to anyone for any reason whatsoever. The management and owner are not responding to messages and e-mails and they never return calls. The place was visited multiple times already but the management is never available to attend to the issue.

Worst experience I had ever had.No tea,coffee,sugar not even cups or glasses.The rooms are stuffy no fan or aircon.Wifi is bad.Not worth the money paid for a Deluxe Room.No soap in the bathroom like other lodges.Ants in the toilet.Cannot smoke in the room if you want to smoke must go out in the yard and smoke.Dont be fooled by pictures on the internet and the outside cause inside the rooms are bad
