Our room was modern, spotless and conveniently located minutes from the freeway. Parking was a breeze, and we were greeted by a friendly staff. The free Aquafina water was a gracious touch. The Aloft is our family go-to when visiting from out of town.

We had people jumping up and down above us. Called the front desk twice and no one answered the phone. Our room wasn't cleaned for the first days we were there, so we had to call to get fresh towels. The lobby bar was supposed to open at 4p and we were told that the "bartender was on the way and wouldn't be there until past 5p". Just seems like this hotel is poorly managed. Surprising from a Mariott property.

We provide housekeeping service every other day unless requested otherwise. I know our bartender was late, but it was fortunate we had one as the person scheduled was stranded with a broken down car. I understand this was an inconvenience to you. We would have gladly taken care of the noisy guests above you. We had a large contingency of guests in house celebrating, but that should always be done in a respectful way towards other guests. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. GROSS.
We normally love to stay at Alofts whenever we can but this was the worst one we’ve been too. Our room was dirty, tile in bathroom was broken, paint was sloppy, shower not clean. Our room faced the front of the property and was directly across the street from a night club called The Social which played their extremely loud music until 2 a.m.
on top of that at night there was barely any parking and the side doors didn’t work with key fob so you had to walk all the way around to the front. One of the elevators was broken and the bartenders they have were unprofessional and vulgar.

I was able to check in earlier than 3pm. The staff members were really nice. The room and the gym were clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The folks here at the Aloft have become family as I have stayed here quite often. The hotel also has been great with my puppy Duke.

The hotel was nice! We were on the bar/ club side so it was noisy! The room had a few issues. No USB port! Only plugs. Shower floor leaked. Bath mats were always soaking wet way after shower was off! Door was very hard to close. You had to slam it shut!
