Very pathetic service, worst cleaning. The mouse were roaming in the room and over the bed. Thrice they made us change the room. I felt so ashamed and embarrassed infront of my guest. Please do not take this worst stay

Hotel is good but room services are so bad. Room landline was not working i complaint-ed about it twice but no response. Electricity fl-actuating whole night. Ac is not cooling properly

Hotel lacks winter preparation. Not good housekeeping, even the toiletries are very old. Need lot of changes in the rooms. Overall experience not satisfactory
