The room we got in at first was next to a kids Hockey team that was banging around and moving mattresses in and out of the room. The parents were no where to be seen. I went to the front desk and explained to them what was going on and they moved us up two floors to an even nicer room that had no extra noise. Everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I'd come back again since the staff found us a room with no noise and was clean and nice. Thank you!!!

We were in town for a wedding and chose Aloft. It was perfect for what we needed. The facilities were very clean and we enjoyed our short stay.

I think the staffs can be more friendly and welcoming . Maybe they are but I wasn’t just lucky with the ones I had or met while I was there .

Very nice hotel in a nice area and very close to Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail.
It would be a nice addition to offer free breakfast.

Clean, staff good, air conditioning a little tricky to regulate with fan. Biggest complaints are slippery shower floor (no skid mat provided), no grab bars, too few towel racks, no shelf in the shower. Closet rack and hangers practically unreachable for anyone under 7 feet tall. Everything else ok.

There were several parties happening the weekend I stayed here, one in the outside area below the window, but staff was accommodating and moved the room. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
