Easy parking. Check in manager only spoke when absolutely necessary, room was large, the bathroom was large. The toilet paper holder was hanging by one screw with holes from previous mount efforts. The TV remote wouldn't change channels, then TV wouldn't shut off.

I booked the room for it's price. The room was very decent, very clean, bed slept well. The coffee in the office was excellent. Everything worked as it should. Outside very clean and well kept. It was a no frills motel. I was well pleased with my stay but it was not a 5 star and I knew that when I booked it. Just do not look for any frills.

I was able to get a room on the first floor instead of the second floor like they were first trying to give me.

Parking was right outside my door. The bed was firm and comfortable. But did need to ask for towels.

The room was as expected of a inexpensive. It was reasonably clean, rather poorly maintained but it did what was necessary.
The language barrier of the employee was obvious but managed.

Spend a few extra dollars to go somewhere else
We ended up getting a refund. The room was very uncomfortable - there was cat hair on the beds, stains in the bathroom, and roaches on the floor. I hope they get the roach problem under control because that’s a massive dealbreaker. I know it’s a cheap place to stay, but find somewhere else if you’re worried about hygiene at all.
