Customer service was excellent—even at 1:00 AM! They answered all my questions and were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. It's impressive that they answer the phone any time, day or night!

The feont desk waa very nice & friendly. Hoqever when walking into the building rhwrw was a musty smwll & the room floors were not clean.

Parking was terrible and there were several other vehicles parked cross ways in the lot blocking some other vehicles. There were several long dark hairs in the bed, which also seemed to have just been made, but linens not changed. The toilet still had streaks in it from the previous guest. There were several mystery drip stains on the murals where the headboards go. There were also several places on the walls where the paint had come off from the bed banging up against it, also the floors are scratched from the bed moving.

The property was clean but had broken items (like lamp shades, missing hair blowers, broken wall lights, missing bathroom light covers, drawer knobs, etc..) Small items that make it seem unkept. Had a room too close to the front desk and tables there and was noisy at night with people talking at late hours.

Room was old and outdated. Could not access tv stations without a sign in. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Fridge was room temp 👎

I put the wrong town name in when making the reservation. I noticed this 2 minutes after finalizing the reservation but already it said I could not cancel. Very unhappy about that

Its ok
Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.

房间宽敞，床很舒服。不过房间里有股难闻的气味。浴室很小，但对于汽车旅馆来说足够了。房间里的冰箱坏了。总的来说，住一晚还不错。
