This modest hotel is located some place deep, off the main road with 'very bad approach road' capable of damaging the underbelly of your car. The parking is provided at the top before the start of a slope down but the area is mostly occupied by taxis serving the hotel guests or other people and little or no space left for guests driving their own vehicles. After parking, you enter the hotel through the terrace by an elevator which is too slow to come to you and equally slow to take you down to the front office or to your room. The Front Office was modest too but your work is done fast. Enter the room by going a level or two up by the same elevator and you get slightly happy by seeing the view of the valley from your balcony, The room size was quite decent and so was the washroom and the balcony. Quite disappointed to see 2 plastic tumblers though on your table for drinking water or whatever. The wardrobe was decent too. The breakfast buffet at the Dining Room was quite decent. Stayed here for a night but the 3 trips in and out of the hotel to the main road were very disappointing owing to the bad approach road.

Worst location, service and under maintained property. Water seepage every where. Just look at the photos I shared. They have only 2-3 person who does all the job ( Restaurant, Housekeeping, cleaning....). Unable understand why Goibibo is not allowing people to post their reviews and cheating their customers.

The was simply amazing. The best view in all of Coorg. They can improve in food varieties , with this price point I hoped better food. Nonetheless the staff was well behaved and polite. I will surely recommend this if you are going first time with family.

Excellent stay. Enjoyed the location. Good service. Wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was with limited options but good. Staff were responsive and good. With little more maintenance it could be the best.

The location of the property was absolutely amazing—we truly enjoyed our time there. The road leading to the hotel was quite exciting and added to the overall experience. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Car parking was also conveniently available. The food was okay, though there wasn't much variety. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the good service and facilities.

but there is a lot of other issues...like there is no handle for bathroom , didn't have a cupboard , didn't have a proper pipe in bathroom , didn't have a telephone and the break fast is very poor... view from room is the only plus point....
