worst hotel I ever booked . if you book they can accommodate 4 person in same room they declined your stay for unnecessary things and ask to book other room pathetic.. receptionist is rude ..

stay was overall good.. barring few issues regarding non functioning 🚿 shower in the bathroom. and not very good taste of the chicken and mutton dish which i had ordered..
breakfast was good with good & courteous hotel staff..
but the overall stay experience was good..

The rooms are very good, spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Breakfast has various options. Clean, comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel is absolutely in pristine condition. The location is slightly in the interior, but nevertheless its close to the railway station and is in a bustling market area. A slight 100m walk gets you autos and other modes of travel. Speaking of the room - spacious, clean, comfy beds and clean sheets. The washroom was clean & spacious, while amenities (towels) were clean as well. Hospitality is great, starting from reception to room service. Food is decent as well. The only minor inconvenience was the power outages that occurred multiple times. However, it resumed back within mins. Not a deal-breaker tbh. Overall, definitely recommended for a stay at bhagalpur.
