Old place helps to spend few hours. Washroom had shower broken. Old facilities. It wasn't my worst but it wasn't good enough to enjoy the night. If you get a room for less than 70$ in that place, then it is ok for the night. But paying more than 100$ and getting what we got, it wasn't worth it

We stayed in room 112...the most discusting experience ever....bathroom was discusting I cloroxed it myself before using it...I dont think from the look of it that the toilet seat had been cleaned in weeks....no top sheet....tv didn't work...requested another sheet 4 times but never received it...we slept in our clothes and I brought blankets in from my car...I will be putting a complaint in to the health department...they should be shut down...DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS FILTH HOLE...IF YOUR SMART...quick to take your money.... but responding to a complaint ....no kapeesh ....

Due to a cancelled flight my wife that is disabled and I booked one night accommodation to ease the stress of our long journey. Not onlv we were placed on the second floor with screaming kids most of the night but no telephone to contact the manager with no tv channels working, no hot water to shower, bath or wash your face, no coffee or tea in the morning! I walked 15 minutes to the next hotel and gave me complimentary tea, The manager finial said the hot water pump was broken a view days ago and maybe “ Shaw engineers were working on it for a few days, When asked if I could have some compensation for the 157 cd I paid he said to contact the people I booked with! I am disgusted with his unprofessional behaviour !!! If he or some one else that might be above him please contact me and at least give me a good explanation of not telling me the truth in the first place rather than say I will go an reset the heater! I never have high expectations for budget-friendly hotels, but this was getting pretty close to the bottom. Basic toiletries such as shampoo and an extra roll of toilet paper were unavailable. No coffee was supplied with the room, even though the room had a coffee maker. Again, these are small things that are pretty standard/basic amenities in most hotels. Room was relatively clean though and the bed was satisfactory. Staff were friendly and there were no issues with check-in. Location was convenient with good access to major highways and near the airport. Overall though, this hotel was a mediocre experience and not worth what I paid for it.

High rate No tv No phone No tea or coffee Dirty everything Crappy mattress I believe they rent the rooms by the hour as some sleazy guests arrived and left a little while later and did not return. Also, it’s a place for “hook ups”, I saw it with my own eyes, lol. Will never, ever recommend this dump to anyone.

Disgustingly gross... to start, we pulled in and the grounds were overgrown and messy, the grass was at least a foot high, it felt more like I was pulling into a housing complex, there were children's toys and bikes scattered all over outside and the grounds were not taken care of at all. The parking lot didnt seem too bad, but we got there when it was dark, so we didnt notice that part.. whatever that doesn't even matter! Some guy comes in behind us, pulls in the spot beside us and rushes to get out to go in, I waited for him to get out of his car, and then got out of my vehicle, the light was still on in his car and I noticed a 15/16 yr old girl in the passenger seat, no big deal, guy and his daughter, none of my business. We go into the check in office behind him, he asks for a room for the night, the lady is looking in her computer for availability, he says "I really only need it for about 2 hours" instantly my son, who is 18, and I look at eachother in disgust and realize that is not his daughter. The lady explained they had no availability, he left, got in his car and went and parked over beside a large work van in the parking lot, to do what I'm sure you can all imagine, he needed to be done. Anyways, I pay and the lady gives us our room key "242", we went out to get my husband and our luggage, feeling really unsure. We went up to our room and when we got in, it was not fancy by all means but it smelt and looked clean. We decided to check the bed for bugs after a review we had seen earlier, and no bugs, but there were nasty stains on the bedsheets, right where someone's face would be on the pillow area. Their was a huge white crusty stain on the carpet right where you would sit at the side of the bed, there was white and black mold on the carpet under the fridge and the carpet was wet, there was mold in the bathroom in the corners of the wall... spiderwebs and hairs all in behind the bathroom door and behind the toilet! The sofabed where my son was supposed to sleep, firstly, the couch was dated but whatever, a huge sorta like brown stain on the cushion.. he was not sleeping directly on the cushions but on the bed, so we take the cushion off and the entire opposite side, like they were trying to hide it? had a huge white crusty dried up stain on it... omg so nasty, we could not put the cushion back peoperly for fear of catching an STI, then we pull out the bed, looked like it possibly was never slept on, lifted up the sheets and found a long brown weird stain on the side of the bed, not just that, in our description we had put 3 people to stay, there was just a sheet on the sofabed, no fitted sheets or blankets to cover up with, not to mention under the sofa bed was full of dust and pieces of garbage and hair. Both windows in the room, no screens, were wide open when we went in, the sill had major water damage the paper was welting up from the water damage. The air conditioner/air system, was so dirty with dust and god knows what
前台客服服务一般，本来约好第二天有车送我们去机场，但第二天连客服人影都看不到好在酒店离机场车程不到二十分钟，打车去机场还挺方便
酒店卫生还好，有微波炉，但设施陈旧，淋浴水龙头坏了出来的都是热水，找客服回复：水龙头坏了等师傅来修。问：师傅什么时候来？回：不知道
结果就是根本没等到师傅，将就洗了澡；因价格便宜要求不能太高，去机场将就住一晚
周边餐馆不多要步行十多分钟，总之酒店条件一般
