Fatima Hotel in Musanze is one of the best hotels in the area, offering excellent customer service, clean rooms, and delicious cuisine. I spent a full week at the hotel and had a wonderful stay. I truly enjoyed their services, especially the swimming pool and the gym, which were the highlights of my experience. I highly recommend Fatima Hotel to anyone traveling to Musanze. By the way, this hotel is also well known for its proximity to the gorillas and Virunga National Park.

Thanks for your hospitality! However the Security service at the entrance should be smart as the hotel staff! Otherwise the hotel service is Awosome!

I attended a conference at the hotel and the facilities are great. The rooms are spacious,the food is also good and I would recommend it if you are planning a conference in a quiet location.Great staff to assist you throughout the conference.

如果您想站在霉菌里洗个冷水澡，这里就是您要来的地方。管理层试图为您提供另一个房间，但另一位旅客刚刚以不合理为由拒绝了。这也是一种房间交换。经过两次投诉后，毛巾仍未得到任何回应。但至少我们很幸运，有马桶座，其他人都坐在陶瓷上。在我看来，这家酒店应该因健康原因关闭。
