This is our new go-to in Kanas City. It’s right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance from several restaurants and local spots, as well as the KC streetcar. The hotel is quiet, clean and very boutique. We commented how it was quite different (in a wonderful way!) from the busy crowded tourist-trap hotels. The hotel restaurant Dott Boss is so delicious we ate there three times. Alex and Andrew were accommodating, friendly, and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back!

从我们抵达前电话联系、入住前后短信沟通，到前台和代客泊车处的工作人员，都非常友好、礼貌且专业。房间和公共区域一尘不染。氛围和设施都很棒！下次还会入住！
第一间酒店给我们安排了一间特大床房，而我们预订的是两张大床房。之后我们等了将近一个小时，最后才换到一间无障碍客房。
