This is our second time to stay here and it was so amazing and relaxing. We enjoyed the accommodations and beautiful views.

What an amazing spot! Only a few minutes drive from downtown Atenas, but you feel like you're miles and miles away, up in the hills in a secluded spot with an amazing view. The hosts at the hotel were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and they had loads of great dining recommendations to offer. We'll definitely stay here if we find ourselves back in the area.

Well maintained property with a nice pool and outstanding views. Excellent communication with Allesandro , who was kind and helpful. Peaceful secure area about a 5 minute drive to Atenas. Bungalow was well equipped and comfortable. We chose the one bungalow that has AC in the bedroom and were glad that we did.

The view and the pool were the highlights. However, it was a great property and stay all around!
Unrelated to the actual property, but be mindful of having a 4WD car in Atenas and Costa Rica in general. It will make your life easier.

The property owners are friendly and?accomodating. The grounds are well kept and the view is outstanding. There is also a nice pool area with a grill, coffee and nice tables. I found the bed a little hard, but I am told they are addressing it. I will stay for a longer visit next time.

The owners are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are quaint and peaceful, equipped with a nice kitchen with necessary amenities. A tranquil place to relax and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to get back there some day!

I stayed in 8 places on my trip to Costa Rica and this was my favorite. The hosts were wonderful and my cabin was so peaceful. Would definitely go back.

Bungalows Sanlaz is a beautiful property. It is a peaceful paradise. We spent a whole week there doing different adventures around Costa Rica. It was so nice to come back each day to a quiet place with a beautiful swimming pool and view. We saw iguanas, tucans and other wild life. Alessandro and Lazara are great hosts. This is my second time staying here and I will be back again.
