I only booked for a few days , because we like to check it out before we book for the whole trip . We stayed an extra day , but we would have been happy to stay here for any length of time . We only left because we went to Belize City . We drove the island many times , I do not think there is a cleaner safer place . If there was , we would have moved . The staff was perfect . Make sure you rent their golf carts . I would be very proud to own this place . I would sleep very good .

The apartment building is meticulously maintained with very comfortable, extremely clean accommodations. Staying on the 4th offers a great (you’ll have to climb the steps) and there’s a rooftop pool which offers both sun rise and sunset view. Outdoor table/chairs to enjoy the OCEAN VIEW! Also balcony on the street side! This place is quaint and unique, an oasis in the heart of San Pedro. There is cart parking and privacy gate. Highly recommend this property which is steps from the ocean.

I enjoy my stay here. The communication was great and the host made everything I needed was available. I was accomplished with meet and greet transportation to and from ferry to my stay. The entire apartment was clean and spacious with safety locks to make your stay is worry free. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I will choose this place again for my trip back to Belize. Thanks again for your brilliant service and hospitality.

Very clean and beautiful rooms. Great roof top bar and pool. Super friendly guests. If you need I golf cart …. Rent from these people as well. That was our biggest mistake when we traveled to San Pedro They picked us up at the airport. Top notch staff Will be back!

Great place to stay with family. We highly recommend staying on the 4th floor which had the least amount of street noise, is closest to the pool and had an incredible sunset view from your private porch. It is a good idea to rent the golf cart through them directly and it gives you the option to see the island.

Aileen and her staff was exceptionally accommodating. It was reassuring knowing that Aileen and her staff were so responsive. My family and I had a very unexpected journey that delayed some of the family arriving the same day as planned. Aileen and her staff made several pick up and drop off’s to make sure we arrived at Casa del Rai safely. One of the rooms I slept in was located on the street side which caused it to be a little noisy. But ear plugs fixed that right away and I slept comfortably. My family and I definitely will be staying here again. I can’t thank Aileen and her staff enough on how accommodating they’ve been even after we left. Aileen’s staff video called me, to help me look for very important documents I thought I left behind is above and beyond exceptional service. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for more of a home/family feel. versus a resort.

Wonderful host and staff. This was our second time staying here and everything was awesome. Best sunrise and sunset on the Caye! Condos and site are kept very clean and pristine. Location is perfect, many dining places within walking distance. Be sure to check out Hurricanes for dinner or a day of lounging in the Caribbean. We will definitely be going back.
