The location of the subject Hotel is almost at the end of a narrow lane with residential houses on either side hence the accessibility of big vehicles like a bus etc is difficult if the cars are parked in front of their houses. Hence just a 2.5 for their location. The Hotel is very deceptive from the outside. Friendly receptionist at the reception counter with the security personnel who will also bring in your luggage. There is a working lift available. On reaching the rooms, we were surprised to see that the double rooms (we had opted for double rooms) were not cramped as we had imagined. Amenities like working AC, TV, coffee maker (Kettle for boiling water for coffee) and pouches of instant coffee, milk powder and tea were available. One noticeable factor was that the rooms are very clean ! Moreover there was hot water all 24 hrs. The noise levels were very low. The service level were also very good. They also have a small in house restaurant which serves both veg and non veg food we didnot eat there and are unable to comment on the quality/quantity of the food served. The staff is very cooperative and the overall experience of staying for two nights was very good. A great value for money if one is looking at the pricing vs comfort.

Hotel is in Main KIIT Market and very Good from Family point of view. Chef and other sevices Staff is Polite & Good. Overall Nice Experience staying here for few nights.

Excellent experience. Staff and Mangers are polite and helpful. Surroundings and transportation was also easily available from here. Uber auto directly takes the location. Great ambient. Worth of money

Things we liked: * All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially housekeeping. * The restaurant staff & chef were very considerate too. They even called to ask when we missed breakfast. * The room and bathroom were maintained very well. * We were accommodated early even though we arrived an hour and half before the noon check-in time. Scope for improvement: * Sounds from the corridor were audible inside the room even with the door locked.

The hotel is nice, service is prompt and the rooms are good. They have upgraded my room from Oak to Maple. Maple room is spacious. However, TV is not working at room no. 201, they have tried to update the cable network recharge but failed. The items of breakfast should be improved.
