We stayed here as it was closest to our venue. It is run down but the management is working to fix it up. It is clean. The breakfast was bananas and oatmeal crème pie so plan other food

Room was filthy with hair and dirt all over bathroom fixtures and floor. Sink faucet was not washed and had spit, dirt and toothpaste all over it. Hotel owner seemed indifferent. Offered me another room which was just as bad with hair and dirt all over toilet. Towels were horribly worn and yellow and human hair stuck to them. Floor was dirty. Advertise breakfast. Came down at 9:00 a.m. and there was nothing. They brought out a coffee canister and tray with three bananas and packaged Little Debbie donuts for breakfast. Advertised as Regal inn and it is actually America Best. Always some freaked of cigarette smoke and **** smells. Twice I found the entrance security door left ajar. Absolutely nothing was as stated on website. I expect a full refund.

Thanks but no thanks

Lets start with this is the cheapest hotel in lincoln and you get what you pay for. Killed 4 spiders. Found cobwebs between the bed and the night stand and on the tv stand. Told the cleaner my room didnt need cleaned as i was staying another night as i was leaving for a bit to go get food. They still came in my room. The first morning there were people arguing and the guy was threatening to slit his wrists. Cant say it was worth the 170$ spent for 2 nights

I knew what I was paying, so anyone acting like they’re at the Ritz needs to adjust their expectations. I stopped by to make sure I found the right place at 9am before a business meeting, and they let me check in! Who does that?! The Regal 8. Not much traffic, but it’s a small town and I appreciate it. Everyone I have come in contact with has been so helpful and polite. If you find yourself in Lincoln and you’re looking for a budget motel - this is the spot.

Surprisingly good

I was concerned about the property when first arriving, but whenever I went to check in, I found the management to be totally attentive and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staffing was short, but it didn't seem to matter. I would stay there again.

We liked the fact the room had a microwave & refrigerator, also that the front desk was professional and friendly. But we didnt like the old smell in the room and the beds & carpet wasn't too clean & towels didn't smell fresh. There was no iron in the room we had to ask for it. Staff knocked on the door & just walked in so that was rude we was still in the room in bed.

“In Transition” = not so clean & unorganized

Pictures on line were obviously altered. Our room was in the middle of being updated as only part of the door was painted. Behind the bathroom door was dirt and long strands of dark hair. We all have blonde and/or short hair. “Breakfast was prepackaged snack cakes and u palatable coffee. The beds were decent and the AC worked, but we had to ask for a working remote and a luggage holder.

Very rude book 2 night sta thru ******* let us go in the rooms 3 hr later tell us that we got to go because they didint get the money from expedia.beware expidia will not refund your money either
