Parking line need to be painted. The room had an extreme clemical smell. Carpet seems dirty. Bathroom towel rack fell off. Housekeeper did not check if i needed trash thrown, new towels, or new bedding.
Wall Air condition unit vent / radiator needs to be clean. Inside room needs upgrades

最糟糕的是，那天晚上我问他们是否可以取消另外两晚的住宿，他们说当然可以，只要在早上退房时取消就行。早上 7 点我退房时，被告知我必须给经理发电子邮件要求退款。退款被拒绝，据说这是在 Orbitz 预订单（可能是细则）中写的。还试图通过 Orbitz 退还最后 2 晚的费用，这个过程花了 2 个月，但再次被拒绝。结果发现只能在抵达前一天取消。买家要小心！基于这次不愉快的经历，我完全对 Orbitz 失去了信心，不会再使用它们了。
