Location is great, easy to walk down main or to the waterfront. Lots of fast food places near by. Hotel and room were in good condition and very clean. Very new-ish hotel to north bay, free parking. Didn’t know there was a pool, but there is, so next time I stay I will try it out. Free breakfast had lots of variety, and was open until 10. We stayed in 509 and it was a large open concept room with a shower and kitchen, which would be very convenient for longer stays. Only suggestion to the hotel would be that the accessible room options I saw online had a lip on the shower at least 3” high, which makes them inaccessible to wheelchair users. They should have a roll in shower for those guests. If our bathroom had a larger door and a roll in shower it would be plenty large enough for a wheelchair. Great hotel, look forward to visiting again soon. Loved the Halloween decorations!

We were given comedy tickets moments after arriving. My husband, who's a huge comedy fan went and loved every second of it. Then later he saw the comedians having breakfast... talk about scrambled eggs!

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a clean space and welcoming staff. A board was set up for guests to leave positive messages for the housekeeping team, which created a great vibe and spoke volumes about management’s appreciation for their employees. We also loved the uplifting messages on the mirrors by the elevators.
Our room was spotless, and my daughter was thrilled with how her stuffed animals were arranged on the bed. The hotel was very accommodating with the use of their common spaces, and the lobby was a wonderful area to mingle with friends and families.
Having traveled extensively, we can say this hotel exudes a positive energy that you don’t often find - 5 stars!

This is a newer property which is located close to a walkable picturesque lake and several dining options. The staff is genuinely friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel.
