Checked in and got a warm cookie. Room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices with a nice coffee machine fir lattes. Would recommend!

The hotel staff we uncaring, and seemed disinterested in dealing with our issues. We arrived having asked for an upper room to early check-in. When we arrived we were not given the room early and when we were given our room, it was for a ground floor room. Further, once we entered, we discovered the room had not been cleaned from the nighr before. As such, we had to sit in the lobby with our belongings until 4pm, one hour after their posted check-in and much later than the early check in we had asked for. When suggesting this was unacceptable, the staff did not care and only gave excuses about being busy. Further, they suggested that we didn’t get our requests because we booked with *******. The implication was that we erred by booking with ******* and that by doing so put us at a disadvantage. We were fully disappointed with our stay and request a full refund. Please get back to us asap.

Front desk was so friendly and accommodating. Let us have the meeting room for free so we could have a team supper. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Bed extremely uncomfortable - hard and can feel springs. Breakfast at 8:30am, no ham left. Barely any of the other two hot options. Pancake maker out of order. Overall a poor experience.

Breakfast was delayed due to our oven going down last week and waiting on parts, we were cooking hot items but at a slower pace, making sure that we continued till everyone had breakfast. The pancake maker was out of mix and took a few minutes for new batter to be put in, again we are sorry.

Looks like we saved the best for last! This was the last hotel we stayed at on a cross country trip and worth the wait. Spacious, comfy beds, kitchenette, very clean, well priced, and absolutely the best free breakfast we had in 15 stays. Real eggs, sausage, hash browns, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice that wasn’t watered down, muffins, granola bars, and a specialty coffee machine. The staff was great. When the smoke alarm in our room malfunctioned we were given a new room on the same floor within minutes. Highly recommended!
