When you enter the house smell pee of a cat. It’s summer and no AC in the room, only one roll of tissue in the washroom, 3 bedrooms for one washroom(if you gonna use, always close), the towel so smelly and the mugs/cups, kitchen stuffs need to re-wash before you use because there still filth/stained.
Not recommended..

Cluttered, felt like we were invading someone's private space. TV did not work, no toilet paper, had to climb into a bunkbed setup from the foot of the bed.
Good things, Air-conditioner worked, bed was clean,bathroom was clean.Host was accommodating for late arrival. Parking was good.

I had an awesome stay at the Cozy Pet Friendly Home! Mercy is an extremely kind and welcoming person into her home. I will be staying there again!!

It was a bedroom in their cluttered house. The room had no a/c. It was so hot and humid, we had to take the screens out of the windows and put the fan in the window otherwise you could not stay or sleep in that room. Shared bathroom with rest of the house; only 1 bath-towel & 1 hand towel was provided. A rack where you could purchase noodles for a dollar. This place should be listed as a Hostel; the only good part about this stay was the price and king bed.

酒店回复: Thank you for mentioning the price it is an indication that we provide basic amenities slightly above a hosteĺ. We did not mention A/C in the amenities because we do not have it and Newfoundland has very few hot and humid days. The shared bathroom is also mentioned in the amenities. The noodles we decided to provide for sale for those who arrive at the middle of the night and need something to eat. They used to be free but some guests abused the privilege that's why we put a price on them. Thank you again for the review.

Only thing going for it is the cost
This is a bedroom in the upstairs of a duplex house. The bathroom is shared with 2 other rooms.
The upstairs area and bathroom smelled of pee. The house and room are very cluttered and cramped.
We reserved a room with a queen bed, but got a double with a bunk bed on top.
There was tape over a soft spot on the floor. There was tape around the bottom of the toilet.
I don't understand how there are such high reviews here, but I did notice another negative review saying the same as I am was added and deleted recently.

酒店回复: Thank you for the review. You arrived just after we had a flood incident and the one of our cats could have been stressed by the incident and had an accident. Sorry about that and the fact that you got the room with double bed. Unfortunately the room is too small for a queen bed and we try to place single persons in it. We do not delete any reviews and neither does ******* so the other review is still available.

I would not suggest this property whatsoever. There is duct tape everywhere and smells like cat pee.
I left there and now have bed bug bites on my back and stomach. Someone was sleeping on a cot when I woke up to go make coffee and tea. Had to jog to Timmy’s to go to the washroom in the morning as washroom was busy.

We had a flooding incident and one our guests cat must have had a stress accident because of the repair people coming in and out. Sorry about that. One thing we do not have are bed bugs. We are very vigilant about that. We unfortunately had to put the guy in a cot in the kitchen because he arrived in the middle of the night and had mixed up his booking. We could not just throw him out. Poor guy was coming from Sri Lanka and there was a language barrier. About the bathroom issue, we do have another washroom, sorry we did not inform you about it. Thanks for the review we will try to do better.

So much clutter, they turned off power at night, could not charge phone, no breakfast, no toilet paper. Worst place i ever stayed

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. Sorry about the power. We did not switch it off intentionally, it must have been an outage, and sorry about the toilet paper. We now try to put extras in the rooms. We still offer basic breakfast sorry we did not inform you about it. The clutter is unfortunately part of people living in the house. We try to keep the guest spaces free of clutter. Thanks again for the review.
