房间很大,干净整洁,最重要的是很安静,酒店里面有一家中餐厅,口味很正宗,值得推荐,下次来还会住这家酒店
为了响应绿色环保,住了三天没让打扫。第一天戴的心爱的帽子放房间里,后面两天还见过。因为开会穿正装一直没再用。退房后到另一个酒店,打开行李发现帽子忘了。第二天一早打电话去,说失物登记里没有。要去查查让两个小时后再打。再打过去,说没有,但房间没查因为已经有人入住了。东西不贵重但体验太差。前台电话打十次才接通一次,明显不当回事。客房打扫非常不到位,否则怎么可能没看到?如果是掉角落里,估计也没胆量去房间找。或者不知什么心态。本人非常肯定就在房里没带走。差评!
有位男性业务经理服务态度极差,我们定了后一周住宿,要求寄存行李却明确拒绝我们,而且当时放行李的房间是完全空的,理由也很简单,后续有新住客可能也要寄存行李,所以就不能让我寄存,最后带着行李去公司了,从没遇到过酒店服务这么硬气的,态度差到极点,而且后续也要来住只是周末出去玩不太方便,竟然怎么沟通都无用,真是无语至极!
一家四星级酒店,但房间里却没有吹风机,我不得不打电话去要。其次,房间里的冰箱是坏的。我向前台提出需要冷藏食物,他们却让我自己去和餐厅沟通,好像这是我的问题一样。
离市中心有点远,但前台超级专业,给酒店留下了很好的第一印象。不过,卫生似乎还是个问题,对于一家这么新的酒店来说,房间积灰太多了。
这次住宿体验非常令人失望,服务极其不专业。尤其是那位男前台,看起来对自己的工作毫无兴趣——当我让他帮忙叫出租车时,他显得很不情愿,提供的帮助也少得可怜,好像服务客人是件掉价的事。
房间的空调也坏了——整晚都热得要命,根本没法好好睡觉。客房服务也同样糟糕:保洁人员声称每天打扫,却连纸巾和洗手液这些基本用品都没能及时补充。
考虑到我为这家四星级酒店支付的价格,我原本期待的是专业的服务、基本的礼貌和能正常使用的设施。酒店管理层必须紧急解决员工培训、空调维护检查以及客房服务质量审核的问题,以达到行业标准。在此之前,我强烈建议各位旅行者重新考虑是否要预订这家酒店。
酒店很新,房间还不错。早餐种类很多,总能找到想吃的东西。唯一的缺点是没有饮用水,没有拖鞋,洗发水和沐浴露需要主动要才会送来。床单也是要催才换,我们住了10天,就因为我们提了才换了一次,他们似乎一点也不在意床单上的污渍。服务方面有待提高。
我们在这里住了三晚,很喜欢他们的早餐。总的来说,住得很愉快,晚上很安静,让人感到很安心。我觉得这里应该是个新开发区,因为出租车司机都找不到地方。
房型和装修都很新!离市区也很近
房间里没有免费饮用水,也没有拖鞋。服务也没有达到我的预期。
