Great ambience, serene surroundings in the midst of nature. Great hospitality from service staff. Awesome food taste , wide variety of changing options for breakfast. Made our Ooty experience memorable.

We stayed for 2 nights and had booked 6 rooms. Overall, it was a very good experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent — both breakfast and dinner were tasty and well-prepared. The hotel offers a superb view of the hills, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only issue we faced was with the hot water — in the morning, the first 2–3 buckets came out a bit dirty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay with great service and beautiful views.

3 nights stayed with my family. All are gud experience. Especially house keeping Room cleaning, all staffs, reception staff, fire camp daily provided with very friendly. Extra care from manager Mr. Ashkar. Special thanks to Mr. Ashkar. Food was average.

This is such a great place to stay in Ooty. Cozy & comfortable , with a gorgeous view. The hotel is well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway! Breakfast is wholesome & delicious. The rooms have a beautiful calming view! Highly recommend!

Tea estate view from hotel is great. Restaurant is convenient and has good choices on the menu. Good staff. Power outages were frequent in the evening and the power back up / generator was not automatic. Drive to hotel location is steep, narrow and has some bad roads as the hotel is in hilly area. After crossing city center traffic, it doesn't take much time to reach hotel. Overall, highly recommended.

Poor facility and service. No proper electricity. No hot water service . While taking shower multiple times water service stopped. Matters and pillow are stinging.. breakfast is just egg and bread that’s all this is what they provided .. pls

Not worthy, room spaces are very small, there was no water on first day stay because of that we lost entire day, and very high price for this , and food is worst , I don’t konw how this hotel got 3* rating .
