市中心的位置，出门购物、吃饭、打卡都是绝佳，保洁是为深圳大姐，很亲切！携程给力！
房间面积比较大，去年住过，第二次选择，感觉水平有些下降，毛巾质量一般，有些旧了，也没换。餐厅的服务有些态度冷淡，个别服务员还可以。餐厅靠边处有餐桌，可有一顶灯，站起来时，直接撞到头顶，很疼，服务员似乎不是第一次碰到这种情况，很淡定，只是看看，也没人来问候。客房清洁和送餐还不错。下次估计不会选了。
有装修味道，对敏感人士不太适合。已经入住两晚了实在不舒服想换酒店，还要多扣除一晚房费才可以，这种事还是第一次碰到。如此霸道，以后取关就好。

位置优越，房间舒适。
服务很友好，但参差不齐。预订时，我们一家人要求入住连通房，我在确认预订时也重申了这一点。入住时，他们没有收到任何与我的预订相关的记录，而且房间不仅没有连通，而且还位于同一楼层的两端。不过，房间非常漂亮舒适。
千万别住这里。波士顿有太多其他地方可以住。从入住开始，一切都乱七八糟，无论多少工作人员努力让我们的体验更好，都没能解决问题的根源——他们严重人手不足。我来列举一些主要缺点：入住时没人帮我们拿行李；我们3点半才到，本来要3点入住，房间却还没准备好；我们升级到高级房，从房间看出去就是停车场；床单很脏，有脚臭味（显然是之前客人留下的），23个小时都没有人来打扫房间，我们只剩下一堆毛巾和纸巾；我们俩在长廊酒吧吃午餐时都****了（凯撒沙拉千万别吃）……这些只是其中几个。我们一到就想马上退房，他们说服了我们留下。第二天我们不得不退房，找到了一家好得多的五星级酒店。这家酒店最多三星级。帮自己个忙，还是另找一家住吧。
