还是强烈建议全包吧，虽然圣诞节新年期间旺季大概要3000左右。全部餐厅都去体验了，其实海鲜餐厅是最好的，不知道为什么很多人说不好
此酒店,预定的时候没有说不能带小孩，也没明确说12岁以上需要额外收费，然而我们入住当天并未告知要收取孩子的费用，到了第二天告知我们要额外收取800欧，如果这样完全可以多开一个房间！房间设施更是差到无语，完全不配这个价格，如果你能接受床头不能充电，能接受水盆下水都是坏了，洗脸盆没有置物架，隔音效果基本为零等等，就可以一定这里！
ins风格的酒店，一价全包，自助餐食比起其他埃餐其实更适口，房间内设施比较简陋，但是服务员的服务水平和热情除了阿斯旺的老瀑布没法比，我觉得比其他埃及酒店好太多。
整体都很好 没有缺点吧？硬要说的话就是按人头收费 哪怕是两个人住一个房间。
但是最多住两天吧 不然全包酒店的自助餐也就那些 会吃腻
-酒店主餐厅 装修比较有格调 自然简洁风格 还有很多小鸟来吃残渣
-酒店私人沙滩 很好看 只是这附近的海一般 不是清透浅蓝。
-服务 特别好 坐在大厅餐厅 如果没有饮品都有人主动来问喝什么且送过
也没有乱收小费情况
check out之后也不会回收手环 可以继续坐在大厅等飞机也有人继续来问喝什么饮料 如果退房后去吃饭应该也没问题 但是我们没去
整体服务环境都是在赫尔格达最好的了吧 只要是比较新 。
酒店设施不错，白人比较多，亚洲人会有点被歧视，酒店内的club不错 晚上记得去看表演。潜水的朋友一定要选他们酒店内的潜店，服务态度很好，找mastafa小哥服务态度一流，总的来说还挺好。
周围环境与景色一流，房间跟想象的小了些，餐厅服务员比较热情，前台一般。是个度假的好地方。特别是一家子

Seri海滩太棒了！虽然评论不多，我当时还有点犹豫，但他们提供了延迟退房，让我有充足的时间享受Seri海滩，非常满意。
酒店不大，走5分钟就到头了，真是没想到。与另一酒店共用一个海滩。早餐人特别多需要排队。泳池人满为患，感觉不是很好。同等价位我们还住了另一个酒店，明显对比这个酒店餐饮服务都跟不上它的房价。只住这一次
