Proper toiletry (in the form of towels, soaps, tooth paste etc) was not provided to us upon checkin even after repeated requests. The hotel reception team specifically highlighted that since i booked the hotel room at a discounted price via mm t app i'm not eligible for the usual accessories provided at the hotel.
